libsdl-gfx1.2-4 software package provides drawing and graphical effects extension for SDL, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsdl-gfx1.2-4
libsdl-gfx1.2-4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsdl-gfx1.2-4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsdl-gfx1.2-4 *
